Disappointed. I purchased the same item several years ago and while the original order was great, the quality on this order is noticeably different. This order has hanging threads, knotted thread, crooked seams, and a small hole. It looks like it was sewn by someone inexperienced or rushed. The lettering is smaller than my original order too, which throws off the scale of the pillow and doesn’t look like the photos in the posting. I might have looked past that but the dimensions are also totally off. They’re nowhere close to the description or my original order. Since I was purchasing a replacement and planned to use the same insert, I expected a consistent size. I reached out to the seller and the response was that I should just buy a different sized insert. I shouldn’t have to spend more money to try to fix a subpar product.
